FAQs

  1. The template shown in RMS UI is not exactly matching with the downloaded report.
    1. RMS reads all the fields irrespective of the order of the columns the data is in. All the mandatory fields in RMS are present in the report along with all the non-mandatory fields as well. Please reach out if there is an field missing and the RMS is expecting it to be present mandatorily
  2. Why does all my b2b outward line items are not being populated in the report ? Either partial line items are missing or the entire report is empty.
    1. As of July '24, the returns can only be mapped to corresponding outwards at outward order level. So, if the item has been inwarded (b2b-returns) as a new item by generating a new item ID sticker, the Increff system treats it as new item but not an old one which had outwarded for a particular outward order.
    2. Only items that retain the same item ID stickers which was there when sent out of the warehouse are could be tracked back to the outwards level and populated in the report.
