Overview

Increff Omni provides the feature to capture the SKU Dimensions (length, breadth, height) and weight. The captured Dimensions can be displayed on the WMS screens through Attributes Configuration.

Capture SKU Dimensions and Weight

SKU Dimensions and Weights can be captured in following two ways:

• Products screen in INCREFF OMS module
• Capture SKU Dimensions screen in INCREFF OMS module

Capture SKU dimensions in OMS Products screen

Following are the steps to capture the SKU dimensions in OMS Products screen:

1. Go to the Products screen in OMS under the Product Settings category.
2. Navigate to the New tab (default selected).
3. Select a Client through the drop down.
4. Download the sample CSV template. The CSV template contains all the standard SKU attributes of the selected client.
5. Enter the Length, breadth, height and weight of the SKU along with other SKU attributes in the CSV.
6. Upload the CSV and click on the Submit button.

⚠️ NOTE:

• Length, Breadth, Height and Weight fields can accept decimal values greater than 0.
• Either all 3 dimensions i.e. length, breadth and height should be considered for capturing or none. Uploading one or two dimensions is not allowed.
