Implementation Summary

User Manual

  1. Access Increff Omni: Navigate to your Increff Omni instance and log in using your assigned username and password.

  2. Locate Increff Channel Connect: Find the Increff Channel Connect (ICC) icon on the Omni homepage. Clicking this icon will redirect you to the Increff Channel Connect platform.

  3. Authorization Check: If you have either the icc.admin or icc.operator role, you will successfully access Increff Channel Connect.

  4. Client Selection: If there are more than one client entities configured in the OMS , then you can select the desired Client for which you need to access the Integrations for from Client dropdown in the Navigation bar at the top.

Q1: What if I don't see the Increff Channel Connect icon on my Omni homepage?

Q2: Can I change my password for both Increff Omni and Increff Channel Connect at the same time?

A: Yes, password management is centralized within Increff Omni. Updating your password there will affect both systems.
