Checklist to get Client onboarded on Omni Magic

  1. Client entity details (Name, Address, Phone number, email)
  2. Fulfillment Locations details (Name, Address, Phone number, email, GSTin)
  3. Customer/Supplier details (Name, Address, Phone number, email)
  4. Customer/Supplier Locations (Name, Address, Phone number, email, GSTin)
  5. SKU Master and Listings
  6. List of channels to be onboarded
  7. Channel Credentials (API credentials)
  8. Channel Endpoint URLs (APIs)
  9. Channel Location Id for a Fulfillment Locations
  10. Information about who will be generating the Shipping label and Invoice
  11. Aggregator credentials - (Shiprocket/Clickpost) in order to configure in RMS
  12. RMS credentials - authDomainName, authUsername, authPassword
  13. Primary Routing Algorithm and Cluster details (If Split required)

Client-Channel configuration

  1. Create a Client in OMS.
  2. Create client in CHAMP by providing client Id generated in OMS and provide CIMS base URL New staging instance: Provide CIMS URL of that particular instance just like above. For Example : If the instance URL is https://staging-crocs.omni.increff.com/ui/gateway/ , then CIMS URL will be https://staging-crocs.omni.increff.com/cims
