User Management and Access Control
- Users can be created using the Increff Account Server which can be accessed by clicking on the ‘Manage User’ icons on the right Navbar dropdown.
- Increff SFS has the following roles:
- L3: Highest Admin level role
- L2: Supervisor-level role (Store Manager)
- L1: Operator level role (Picking, Packing, Return Processing, etc.)
- Access to a store can be given from the 'Fulfillment Location Access' screen by an L2 user(for their stores) and an L3 user(for all stores).


Setting up your store
- Configuration in SFS is designed to optimally run store operations.
- These are the initial set up that should be done before using SFS for order fulfillment.
Set up store schedule
- Can be done using the ‘Store Scheduling’ screen under the ‘Sundry’ category.
- It defines the online time for which the store is available to accept orders from online channels.
- Store schedule can be defined as:
- Daily (Weekday) schedule:
- Store online hours can be defined for the day of the week
- The store can be marked as closed on a day of the week.
- Ad-hoc schedule:
- Store online hours can be defined for a particular date.
- The store can be marked as closed on a particular date
- The ad-hoc schedule takes precedence over the Daily schedule.
