Overview

Multi-wishlist enables store associates to create multiple wishlists for the same customer, where each wishlist represents a different set of product choices. Customers can compare these options and finalize one wishlist for purchase without having to rebuild the cart. This supports consultative selling in experience centres and other assisted-selling setups.

Associates can also generate a printable quote from each wishlist, share it with the customer, and continue the journey later when the customer returns to finalize a wishlist for purchase.

Why It Matters

Typical Flow

  1. Store associate creates the first wishlist for the customer.
  2. Wishlist is duplicated to create alternate configurations or budgets.
  3. Quantities, discounts, and custom charges are added and applied per wishlist.
  4. Associate generates and shares printable quote(s) for one or more wishlists with the customer.
  5. Customer confirms at same time or returns later, reviews the shortlisted options, and selects one wishlist to proceed.
