This user manual provides comprehensive guidance for warehouse operators on how to efficiently process priority orders using Increff WMS's Express Picking feature. The document covers configuration, identification, processing, and tracking of priority orders to ensure on-time fulfillment and meet service level agreements (SLAs).

1. Introduction to Priority Orders

Priority orders in Increff WMS are urgent orders that need expedited processing to meet tight delivery deadlines. These orders typically fall into two categories:

• CPT (Cutoff/Required by Time) Based Priority: Orders with imminent SLA deadlines that require same-day processing
• Marketplace Priority Flag: Orders marked as priority by the marketplace during order creation

Express Picking is a specialized feature in Increff WMS designed to identify, prioritize, and efficiently process these urgent orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and maintaining service level agreements.

2. Express Picking Configuration

Before processing priority orders, warehouse supervisors must configure the Express Picking settings in the WMS.

2.1 Accessing Picklist Configuration

• Navigate to the WMS UI main menu
• Select B2C Picking from the menu options
• Click on Picklist Configuration

2.2 Configuring Express Definition

In the Picklist Configuration screen:

• Click on Add Express Definition button
• Select the Channel (marketplace) from the dropdown
• Choose the Type of express definition:
  • CPT: For orders with specific cutoff times
  • Priority: For orders with priority flag set as true
• Click Submit to save the configuration
